Аннотация: Введение: представлен литературный обзор статей иностранных авторов по стратегии лечения больных с тупой травмой живота и/или переломом костей таза без лапаротомического доступа с использованием эндоваскулярных методов диагностики и лечения. Цель исследования: проанализировать современный подход к диагностике и лечению артериальных кровотечений при тупой травме живота и/или переломом костей таза по литературным источникам. Материалы и методы: в статье рассмотрено 3 исследования, 1 литературный обзор статей иностранных авторов и руководство Восточной ассоциации травматологов. Результаты: методом выбора для диагностики тупой травмы живота и при переломах костей таза является компьютерная томография с контрастным усилением, рентгенохирургическое лечение артериального кровотечения доказало свою эффективность и все больше входит в рутинную практику как у гемодинамически стабильных пациентов так и у пациентов с нестабильной гемодинамикой. Заключение: катетерная эмболизация при артериальных кровотечениях может использоваться как монотерапия или этап стабилизации пациента перед открытым оперативным лечением. Список литературы 1.
